Hudson Yards est le plus important projet immobilier privé de l’histoire des États-Unis. Situé sur le site de West Side Yard dans le quartier Hell’s Kitchen à Manhattan dans l’État de New York, Hudson Yards est devenu le centre culturel de l’Ouest de Manhattan offrant une diversité de commerces, de restaurants gastronomiques, de bureaux, d’hôtels, de résidences, de places d’art public, de jardins et plus encore.

Dean Shapiro Vice-Président Principal et Chef du Développement Groupe Immobilier Oxford, États-Unis   Dean Shapiro a la chance d’avoir travaillé sur deux des projets de développement les plus importants de l’histoire des États-Unis. Il est principalement responsable de l’investissement du Groupe Immobilier Oxford de 25 milliards de dollars dans le projet de développement Hudson Yards. Il a également pris en charge le projet de remise en valeur et réutilisation adaptative du terminal St. Johns, un projet de 1,3 million de pieds carrés dans le quartier Lower Manhattan.

Dean Shapiro Senior Vice President and Head of US Development Oxford Properties Group, US     Dean Shapiro is a Senior Vice President and Head of US Development at Oxford Properties. Dean Shapiro is fortunate to have worked on two of the most significant, transformative developments in US history. At Oxford Properties, Dean is primarily responsible for Oxford’s investment in the $25 billion Hudson Yards development project. He also has ultimate responsibility for the redevelopment of St. Johns Terminal, a 1.3 million square foot adaptive reuse project in lower Manhattan.
